Return address & process

Do not send returns to our business address. After contacting us at contact@rev10.store, we will provide the correct return address. Items sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

All REV10 Clothing products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced individually upon purchase, please review this policy carefully before ordering.

Your rights may vary depending on your country of residence. The relevant section below applies to you based on your location.

European Union customers

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, under § 312g BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To withdraw, email us at contact@rev10.store within 14 days of delivery with the subject "Withdrawal – Order #[number]". You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Note: Our products use standardised designs chosen by REV10 Clothing. The withdrawal right therefore applies. Orders involving personally uploaded artwork or custom text would be exempt under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB — but we do not currently offer this.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, via your original payment method. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

UK customers

UK consumers are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods within a further 14 days.

To cancel, contact us at contact@rev10.store within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

US customers

There is no federal right of return for online purchases in the United States. However, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@rev10.store with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

For change-of-mind returns, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery at the customer's expense, provided the item is unworn and unwashed. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.

Note: Sales tax obligations vary by US state. Where applicable, tax is calculated and collected at checkout.

All other countries

For customers outside the EU, UK, and US: we do not have a statutory obligation to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@rev10.store with a photo and we will make it right.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by us.
